- Active Nevada DPBH Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (BHCQC) license, with no open disciplinary action
- The facility's last two state survey/inspection cycles reviewed for repeat or serious deficiencies
- Real family references — not the facility's own curated testimonials
- Pricing transparency — a facility that won't disclose real monthly costs isn't one we refer to
- An on-site visit by a local advisor within the past 12 months
Pricing shown across this site is refreshed on a rolling basis from active local providers, not pulled from national averages. When we can't independently confirm a number, we say so rather than publish a guess.
How we make money: Vegas Senior Advisor is a paid referral service. Communities that accept a placement pay us a referral fee — families never pay anything, at any point in the process. This doesn't change which facilities we recommend: a community that fails our licensing or safety checks doesn't get referred, regardless of what it would pay us.
